Your application will be reviewed by the appropriate scholarship committee(s) and ranked based on your cumulative grade point average, transcript, community involvement, essay, resume, and other criteria.

By submitting your scholarship application with completed essays through www.ApplyTexas.org you are applying for the Presidential Scholarship Program.

 

PRESIDENTIAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

Must be an incoming freshman
Must rank in the top 15% of graduating class
OR 
Score an 1150 or higher on the SAT (without writing) if test was taken prior to March 2016
Score a 1220 or higher on the SAT (without writing) if test was taken after to March 2016
OR
Score a 25 or higher on the ACT

For your scholarship application to be considered, you must also have submitted your application for admission, high school transcript(s), and ACT or SAT test scores by this deadline.
Award decisions will be made based on your class rank and test scores.  All scholarships require you be admitted to the University, maintain full-time status, be degree-seeking, and in good standing with the University.
