
Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi offers four different university funded scholarships to undergraduate Texas residents and non- residents (if funds are available) to be used for tuition and mandatory fees based upon criteria outlined below. These scholarships are automatically renewed as long as eligibility criteria is met. Along with completion of the ApplyTexas admission application by February 1st, students wanting to apply for institutional scholarships will need to submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year by March 1st. In order for funds to be disbursed the student must be enrolled at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in a minimum of 12 semester credit hours for each of the Fall and Spring semesters and meet the requirements outlined. Students who are unable to meet the enrollment requirements due to limits set by their academic program, graduation, course offerings, approved disability accommodations, or other circumstances beyond the student's control may submit a Scholarship Enrollment Exception Form for consideration. Awards are limited to availability of funding.

***Due to COVID-19 impacting SAT and ACT testing, 2021-2022 Incoming Freshman Scholarships will be awarded using students’ high school rank and high school GPA (converted to a 4.0 scale) if test scores are not available.

** Must be a resident of the Coastal Bend (Aransas, Bee, Brooks, Jim Wells, Kenedy, Kleberg, Nueces, Refugio and San Patricio Counties) and graduating from a Coastal Bend High School.

2. Morris L. Lichtenstein Jr. Endowed Scholarship

B. Honors Program scholarships
The Honors Program at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi offers scholarship opportunities to students. Those wishing to be considered for a scholarship must be admitted to the Honors Program and must submit the Honors Program Scholarship Application by the posted deadline. Students seeking athletic scholarships should send inquiries to the coach of their intended sport.
Students applying for additional scholarships are encouraged to submit a FAFSA each academic year.
