A. Student Leadership Scholarship: 21-22 Islander Leadership Scholarship

Deadline: March 1, 2021 
Scholarship application available at tamucc.scholarshipuniverse.com

Eligibility:

  • Be enrolled full-time (9 hours for graduate students)
  • Have completed at least one semester at TAMU-CC
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Have TAMU-CC campus involvement, leadership, and community service experience or (graduate) discipline related membership and service

B. Study Abroad Scholarship

The International Education Scholarship will award scholarships to aid meritorious students studying in any country other than their country of citizenship. Click here to apply.

 

C. Center for Coastal Studies also offers several scholarships programs.

 

D. TAMUCC Housing Graduate/Doctoral Scholarship

Deadline: August 1, 2020

Eligibility:

  • Complete the TAMU-CC Housing graduate scholarship application available at tamucc.scholarshipuniverse.com
  • Complete and submit the 2020-2021 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  • Have a minimum 3.0 GPA at TAMU-CC or last 60-hour GPA (incoming graduate students)
  • Be enrolled in at least 6 hours of graduate level courses during the fall and spring semesters. Scholarship recipients in the College of Science and Engineering must enroll in 9 SCH during regular semesters.
  • Must have a lease with American Campus Communities to live on campus during the academic year 20-21
  • Must be a Texas Resident.

 

E. Masters Scholarship

Eligibility:

  • Incoming graduate students’ admission applications submitted through ApplyTexas will be used as scholarship applications. Current graduate students must submit the General Graduate scholarship application (deadline June 1st)
  • Complete and submit the 2020-2021 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  • Demonstrate financial need (estimated by FAFSA)
  • Be a Texas resident
  • Have a minimum 3.0 GPA at TAMU-CC or last 60-hour GPA (incoming graduate students)
  • Be enrolled in at least 6 hours of graduate level courses during the fall and spring semesters. Scholarship recipients in the College of Science and Engineering must enroll in 9 SCH during regular semesters.
  • Priority will be given to incoming master students. Awards will be granted until available funding is exhausted.

F. Doctoral Scholarship

Eligibility:

G. Application Fee Incentive Scholarship

Eligibility:

  • Incoming graduate students’ admission applications submitted through ApplyTexas will be used as scholarship applications. 
  • Complete and submit the 2020-2021 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  • Demonstrate financial need (estimated by FAFSA)
  • Be a Texas resident
  • Have a minimum 3.0 last 60-hour GPA
  • Award amount is $50. Scholarships will be granted until available funding is exhausted.
  • Scholarship awards will disburse if the awardee is enrolled in classes in Fall 2020 or Spring 2021.
